2 months agoI’ve been patronizing Phone Repairs Plus for over 8 years. They have repaired devices for every member of my household and are reasonably priced with excellent quality service. The owner and his staff are extremely courteous and knowledgeable!

3 months agoPhone was in desperate need of a new battery took me in as a walk in and out in under a hour, cleaned my phone Inside and out, recommend me and better and stronger battery, great price. 10/10 would recommend

4 months agoPhone Repairs Plus did an excellent job repairing a cracked inner display on my Samsung Galaxy. I thought it was beyond repair, but they fixed it within an hour. The screen looks brand new, and the touch response feels exactly the same as before.

4 months agoWonderful service! My son’s phone had broken screen and bended frame and they were the only one repair shop which fixed the phone. And at the reasonable price! They are amazing! It was done quickly and efficiently- thank you so much!

5 months agoGreat service here. I’ve been a couple times now for a screen protector and he saved me from replacing a $150+ charging port repair with a quick and cheap fix. Very informative and has taught me quite a bit about my phone while he’s fixing it. Highly recommend this spot and I will continue coming here.

6 months agoNart is so kind and quick, and I won’t bring my devices anywhere else. After spending many months with a broken phone—and visiting countless repair shops around the area that couldn’t help me or that wanted to over-charge me for risky repairs that they couldn’t promise would fix a problem no one could understand—he was the only person who could diagnose the issue on the spot without even opening the phone. He knew immediately what was wrong, proving his deep knowledge and years of experience in the business. Still, he wouldn’t even take the work because my phone was under warranty, which meant that opening it would cancel my warranty (which no other repair shop cared about). Instead, he took the time to help walk me through alternative options I hadn’t considered that’d save me money. Because he could have made that money but was honest and helpful instead, he earned my trust in a marketplace where too many businesses care about making a buck more than actually caring about their customers. That’s exactly why I didn’t think twice when my laptop battery died next. I brought my laptop in this week, almost six months later, and he not only remembered my phone saga but, busy with other repairs, managed to replace the battery for me in well under an hour. I was having a difficult day, and it’s sometimes the little things that are the big things—he not only helped fix my laptop but he helped turn my day around. It was a nice reminder that there’s kindness and good out there even on the days when nothing seems to be going your way. Thanks for the help!

7 months agoMy camera glass and screen broke and I found this business not to far from me. This place was amazing. Idmer was very helpful and installed the screen protectors super quick. Definitely would recommend this place great customers service and positive energy. The prices are very reasonable compared to your local cell phone retailer. Thanks again, will absolutely be back soon.
